Lenten Outreach to Rosie's Place

The Women of St. Mary's, as part of their Lenten outreach, will be catering and serving lunch to the guests of Rosie's Place on Tuesday, March 27. Rosie's Place is a shelter for poor and homeless women where every guest matters. We will be serving a nutritious, healthy meal consisting of a chef's salad topped with smoked turkey breast and low fat cheese, pita bread and fruit. Eight to ten volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve the meal. A sign-up sheet will be on the parish hall bulletin board. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted as well as any items for the food pantry which can be placed in the "Food for Rosie's Place" bin (next to the bulletin board). For more information, please contact Jane Sabin at janesabin75@gmail.com or 781-444-5246.
